Random Allocation System (DRAW)

Mármol & Fa occasionally uses a DRAW system to fairly allocate the opportunity to purchase certain artworks or parts of an edition.

Eligibility

– One registration per person.
– Valid email, address and card details.

How It Works

– Interested users obtain a free ticket (€0) before the deadline indicated on the product page.
– At the scheduled time, the available purchase options are randomly allocated among all valid registrations.
– If selected, you will receive an email with a purchase link and a limited time window to complete your order.
– If not selected, no charge is made.

Cancellations

– Participation may be cancelled while the Draw remains open.
– If cancellation is requested after receiving a purchase option, it must be made within 24 hours; a 10% management fee applies.
– Once the order has been completed, the general return policy applies.

Fraud or Speculative Resale

Mármol & Fa may disqualify participants showing patterns of immediate resale or speculative behaviour, in order to preserve market integrity and fair access to artworks.

Data Protection

Data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and this Privacy Policy.

Payment Methods

– Card payment via secure gateway.
– Mármol & Fa does not store card data.
– Additional payment methods may be added in the future (and reflected in these terms).
