As part of the family, Mármol&Fa presents the first limited edition work by Cyro García. His practice, shaped by research, teaching, and a solid exhibition trajectory, operates within the realm of contemporary conceptual art, where the everyday ceases to be neutral and becomes a site of analysis and tension.
Through the appropriation and deconstruction of recognizable symbols, his work activates new layers of meaning around social, economic, and environmental issues. With a multidisciplinary approach —and a particular focus on ceramics in recent years— his work offers critical readings of the complexity of a globalized world, challenging established narratives and the systems that sustain them.
