RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

1. Intervened, signed or manually altered artworks

No right of withdrawal applies under Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, as these pieces are
personalised or clearly customised.
Returns are only accepted in cases of damage during transport or an incorrect item received.

2. Serial editions without manual intervention

A 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided the piece has not been handled, altered or
customised.

3. Procedure in case of damage

– The customer must report damage within 48 hours of delivery.
– Photos of the packaging and artwork must be provided.
– After verification, a replacement (if possible) or refund will be offered.

4. Refunds

Processed through the same payment method used for purchase.
